From days high an intraday correction is quite possible.

Key Support-Resistance level of Nifty Future

First support of Nifty Future is 10680. Closing below this level the index may drag to 10524.90----10452.80.

 Vital resistance is 10866.

Today’s Overview:

Till Nifty Future is below 10746, overall trend is down.

Today above 1245 Reliance can run up to 1286.10(!) within next week.

But if fail to cross the hurdle today, Reliance may melt down to 1197.50-----1165.55 (Best Buy).

Yesterday after making high at 10942.25 Nifty Future start to fall sharply. Within 72 minutes Nifty Future melts down 196 points.

But after that the index tried to recover, and touched 10848.90.

Below yesterday’s low (10746) Nifty Future will take next support at 10680. Closing below this level the index may drag to 10524.90----10452.80.

Despite of big reason to fall (Pre Amative Non Military Strike) Indian market absorbed the shock.

After a small correction (from 10896.90 to 10725.15), Nifty Future reverse near previous day’s high 10896.90.

Above 10960.95 next vital resistance of the day are 10993. Closing above the mentioned level Nifty Future may run to touch 11095.40

Vital support may be 10813---10809.

At last two sessions rally pull up Nifty Future from 10602 to 10833. Movement was very slow through the day, but direction was significantly one sided.

Watching the wave pattern it is almost clear that rally is a part of a correction. Therefore don’t’ be trapped at higher level.
