Nifty Future Mantra – 10th August’ 20

Good Evening,

Before discussing tomorrow’s view about Nifty Future, I think I should alert you that Nifty Future is very near of its 3^rd inner top.

If Nifty Future breaks recent low 10883.40, then I will change my view. In that scenario I will say Nifty Future already formed its 3rd inner top at 11343.40.

Let’s talk about tomorrow’s view.

Vital resistance of Nifty Future is 11290 or 11302. (Not 11290 to 11302, it means either 11290 or 11302).

If Nifty Future able to cross recent high 11343.40 then may run towards 11480+ (will update the exact level if require).

Vital support is 11184 or 11180.25.

Closing below of them the index may start to meltdown to 10984 (within the week not tomorrow).

·        Vital resistance zone is 12305 or 12308.

·        If Nifty Future crosses 12355 then short covering will pull the rally.

·        If Nifty Future fail to cross the mentioned hurdle then another round of panic may be start.

v First support of the day is 11801.20 or 11800.95;

v Crucial support is 11630------11595.95; If Nifty Future touches this level then will confirm that a big correction is waiting…..

v Vital resistance is 11913.25---11918.95;

v If Nifty Future stays couple of minutes around 11942 then may run to touch 11985 (!)

Below 11700.55 next crucial support is 11684.25.

And above Friday’s high Nifty Future will run 11868.90, once the index fail to cross cross 11885.15 to 11896.60, then a sharp correction is quite possible.

The stock made low 867 and reverse to 884.

Now what? Vital resistance is 891/898 and vital support is 877.  The stock may run upto 916.45

                                    Just now don’t hold this stock for long term prospects.

On Friday Nifty Future made high 11718.50, now question arises is Nifty Future going to cross its lifetime high 11793 (formed 31/08/2018)?

If so then there is lot of possibility today Nifty Future will cross 11775 within first two hours of trading.

Then above 11834 very vital resistances are 11845.75.

If so happen then Nifty Future may go for a small correction of 230 to 240 points.

From low of 10602 Nifty Future is moving upward continuously. On Friday the index made high 10833.

And a mild correction (intraday) correction Nifty Future has showed the trend of recover.

On Friday Institutional Investors have bought 10437.99 Cr. and sold 4126.98 Cr. net trades were + 6311.01 Cr. Massive buy after a long time.

And Domestic Institutional Investors have bought 3717.9 Cr. and sell of 2879.02 Cr. net trade values + 838.88 Cr,

Advance and decline ratio of the Nifty was 33:17

At last two sessions rally pull up Nifty Future from 10602 to 10833. Movement was very slow through the day, but direction was significantly one sided.

Watching the wave pattern it is almost clear that rally is a part of a correction. Therefore don’t’ be trapped at higher level.

Yesterday's movement of Nifty Future was clear of direct and good for intraday trading.

From 7^th of February Nifty Future has started to correct. From 11142.85 the index already melts down to 10602.

This is not the end. Nifty Future may continue the melting procedure at coming days.

If Nifty Future break 10641 then another round of panic may drag Nifty Future below 10602.80-----10534.25..
