Above 11383.40 the index may run to touch 11423.50.

And vital support is 11326.90; below this next support are 11293.

 

Very very vital and tough hurdle is 11###.80 or 11@@@.50 {(one of this two hurdle,) will update just before one hour of forming the TOP}.

If the index fail to cross 10183 and start to fall then we may witness another round of PANIC selling.

In that scenario below 9992, Nifty Future may take support at 9896 (possible reversal point).

Single closing above 10319 Nifty Future will run to touch 10707.45

Market Outlook

As expected open below 11363.25, Nifty Future will start to melt down.  Today’s move was same as my prediction.

Now reversal from 11130 or 11141 may run to higher level above 11363.25.

·        If Nifty Future fails to cross the hurdle then may touch 11160 at down side;

·        Crucial support is 11340.50;

·        Above 11363.25 the index will spark.

o   Although yesterday there was no sign of bounce back

o   But today Nifty Future bounced back 1.11% from day’s low 10785.15

Post AGM (42^nd, after IPO) expectation was very high from Reliance.

And the Price of the share fulfilled it. Share price of this stock jumped 12.11% (from previous closing) in single session.

Although having a weightage of Reliance is 9.31% on the Nifty 50, Nifty fall sharply yesterday.

And that was not the expectation of investors.

Reliance Industries:

Vital resistance o the day is 1308.75; if cross the level then the stock may touch 1334 (!).

Vital support at 1284; if break the support then sudden down move may pull the stock price below 1227.

Blue Star Limited:

If this stock able to sustain above 745.75 today, then may face tough hurdle at 771.
