From life-time high 12419.20 Nifty Future has corrected 4893.2 points (@7526). From this level the index already bounces back 0.615 (0.618%).

There is a myth that if price increasing – OI decreasing - Volume decreasing then it is “Weak trend/Short covering Rally”

If Nifty Future fails to cross 9495 at opening,

And start to fall, then vital support is 9210.10

If the index open above 9495,

Then NF may run to touch 9676 within couple of days.

Below recent low 8811.05 the index may fall sharply.

 

In that scenario next support may be 8637 or 8627.

Above this vital resistance is 9104.

 

Below yesterday’s low Nifty Future may take strong support at 8562.65.

§  If Nifty Future able to cross the mentioned level then may go maximum to 9459;

§  Closing below 9125 Nifty Future will touch 8691.15 within the week.

Nifty Intraday Trading

This zig-zag up move may continue for some time, but wave structure showing that another round of panic may push the market more deep then expectation.

Therefore don’t be trapped at higher levels.

First resistance of the day is 9235.25;

Above this next resistance is 9319.50 or 9326.80.

From any of the resistance an intraday correction of 548/550 points is quite possible.
