Yesterday written “Vital resistance of the day is 11131.85”

Nifty Future made high 11129.70

Now above 11143.95 next vital resistances are 11202.75

AND

Vital support is 11048.30----10989.70…..

Today’s Overview:

From days high a sort term correction may start.

Vital resistance of Reliance (cash) is 1280.65----1303.10/1303.40

AND

Vital support is 1251.10……1238---1228

Below 1210.30 Reliance may take crucial support at 1197.50---11088---1165.55 (Best Buy).

Nifty Yesterday’s activity

Yesterday Nifty Future tried to recover after negative opening; it made high 11460 and fails to sustain the move. And after that Nifty Future melt down 83 points sharply.

On Thursday Indian VIX is increased significantly, writing from last couple of days that increased at VIX is making strong the possibilities of down fall. Look at the chart below how VIX is increasing.

FII’s net trade is -825.08 Crores, where DII have bought 133.78 Cr. Foreign Intuitional Investors are selling continuously, last four days total sell is 2686.44 Crores. Is this a clear signal of PANIC sell?

Vital Support Resistance on Friday’s Trade

Discussed earlier how VIX is increasing; there is possibility of down move, from 13^th Augusts’ low 11372 to 14^th Augusts’ high 11478 to yesterday’s low 11377 showing that a small bounce back is quite possible,

And the bounce back may be above 11478, yesterday written about the support level 11372, told last hope for Bulls’ Nifty Future made low 11377. Now what?

Day’s vital resistance is 11439/43 above this Nifty Future may face next hurdle at 11479, if face hurdle at 1^st resistance then may come down to form day’s support at 11391/11388.

Tough hurdle of the day is 11497, although this is very near of Nifty Future’s life time high 11504.but may start down journey from that point.

If Nifty Future break 11372 then may take next support at 11320/11318, below this 11268 may act strong support?

For last two trading day’s market volume not supporting Index and Nifty Stocks to move a quite. Last tow day’s Nifty VIX was 12.7650 and 12.8, far below from last 11 day’s average 13.2867. Till VIX moving below 13.5 there will be clear direction.

Yesterday most active underlying were (except BN and NF) Reliance, Maruti, SBIN, TATSTEEL…Etc. Today at 07:24 am SGX Nifty high was 11338.

Nifty today will be open in flat, although Nifty Future melting from last two trading days, but the sine of sharp correction is till hazy. 

Reminder one this thing that every day we witnessing new highs, that means a healthy correct is forth coming.

At early morning if Nifty Future able to sustain above yesterday’s low 11274 then may face tough hurdle at 11325/11327/11329. 
If take a bounce back from day’s low then may rise up to 11393/11398.
Vital support may be 11244.A sharp correction of around 300 points is due…. But don’t’ jump and short, wait for exact top, be connected with our Blog.

From last three trading days’ Nifty Future making new life time high, and Nifty Share prices is increasing, Yesterday Reliance Industries was the top gainer, and made 52 weeks high 1190.40.Scenario was the same as nifty share price to bank nifty share price..
Today at 08:04 am SGXNifty high was 11411.

Market Outlook

Nifty today will be open in green, if volume support may be a small gap-up opening. But reminder one this thing that every day we witnessing new highs, that means a healthy correct is forth coming.

Today nifty future will try to cross 11409/11411 within first half, if able then may walk steadily to 11467.70---11472.50, but is this level going to be the TOP ??? lets’ see what happened….....

Vital support may be 11360….11346…..but IF TOP formed then???? a sharp correction. But don’t’ jump and short, wait for exact top, be connected with our Blog.

What the Mistake we have down yesterday….

 

Intraday failed 

Call was delivered to our clients at 09:22 am , and was initiated at 09:38 am , that’s mean every one get enough time to initiate the call, Target was 11383, Nifty Future made high 11379.50.

But was a small mistake…..for 5 points we losses the trade, the golden 89 points.

Yesterday Nifty future made high 11181 (almost near of its’ life time high 11185.95, dated 29.01.2018), it is quite common after crossing of a top and very near of a top, always take a correction,

Bottom of this upmove is 10556.95 (dated 28.06.2018) and sub bottom 10942 (dated 19.07.2018) indicating that NF is very near of it’s coming TOP.

Therefore a correction is quite possible.....

Intraday 1^st resistance is 11189.......above 11198 vital resistances are 11205.65....11209....10213.....

Vital support is 11134.....below 11117 next melting point may be 11008....
