Morning Mantra --- Nifty Future

ADX is an oscillator which indicates the strength of the market. To some extent, it serves the purpose of volatility indicator. We would like to stress on a point that ADX does NOT tell us the direction of the market, whether bull or bear. It only indicates the strength of the market. As we said before, many traders have a wrong view on ADX. Let us clear that initially before going deep into the study.

        Yesterday (i) before opening written vital resistance is 5249, Nifty Future made high 5248.

                           

(ii) Written below 5222 the vital support is 5190, Nifty Future made low 5188.

Today’s Low will act a vital role for coming few sessions.

Day’s 1^st hurdle is 5206……………………..

If Nifty Future able to sustain above this level then next hurdle will be 5217—5228.

For time being maintains 5250 at Stop for your all sort positions…………

NF may chase 5436 / 39 –5476/79 – 5580 --- 5630 levels very soon.

Today’s 1^st support is 5180 -- 5178/77; quite possible Nifty Future will touch it at opening bell.

The next and vital support is 5163 / 5151………………….

If Nifty Future start to trade below this level with volume then the immediate support will be 5138.

For instance, for a long term period, a moving average of 100 may suit though there is no well proved strategy for picking the averages. The reason is that the longer moving average is not affected by the short term movements, giving more clarity towards the long term.

   Good Morning and Happy Trading.

        Yesterday before opening written vital support (i) is 5217, at 11:00 Nifty Future made low 5217 and toke reverse upto 5261.

Written second support 5206, NF break 5206 at 15:08 and made low 5198.   

Today 5222 will act a vital role………………

If Nifty Future able to sustain above 5222 with volume at least 45 minutes then will face next hurdle at 5246/49.

Above mentioned hurdle if stay then next resistance will be 5270.

NF may chase 5436 / 39 –5476/79 – 5580 --- 5630 levels very 

If Nifty Future touch 5222 and fail to sustain above this level then the immediate support will be 5190.

If NF break this level with volume then next vital support levels will be 5181/5178/75 to 5169/66.

Inflation data which is scheduled for Monday release will be key trigger for Market this week. If inflation comes down then rate cut hopes will revive.

Inflation data, Presidential election, Vice President Supports, major results announcements due to all of this reasons Market will be very choppy.

                                  

Today above (if Nifty Future not break 5228) 5268 1^st hurdle will be 5285.

If Nifty Future able to breach this level with volume then next hurdles will be 5305—5315—5324.

NF may chase 5436 / 39 –5476/79 – 5580 --- 5630 levels very soon. 

At opening or within 45 minutes of opening if Nifty Future break 5228 then the next support levels will be 5217—5206.

Today above (if Nifty Future not break 5228) 5268 we may witness a fresh up move, in that case 1^st hurdle will be 5279/82 to 5291/94.NF may chase 5436 / 39 –5476/79 -- 5630 levels very soon.

Morning Mantra ---- Nifty Future

The candles travel towards the middle band to form an intermediate rally. Third and most important step, the fall continuous but this time cutting the previous low. It’s important to notice the second bear and new low phase ends above the lower band without cutting the lower band which indicates that the stock is less weak.

(ii)                         At 10:26 am written about hurdle 5353 NF made high 5352.

(iii)                       At NF updates written below 5325 next support is 5314. NF made low 5312.

Today’s 1^st resistance is 5342 to 5345. If NF able to breach this level with volume then next tough hurdle zone is 5348—5351—5353/54. We may witness 5436 / 39 –5476/79 levels very soon.

Today’s 1^st support is 5302. Below this level 5268 / 67 to 5265 / 5263 will be vital supports.
