Today’s 1^st resistance is 5369--5372. If NF able to breach this level with volume and stay above this zone we may witness 5436 / 39 –5476/79 levels very soon.

Today’s 1^st support is 5344—5338—5332. Below this level 5321/5320 / 5314 will be vital supports.

If before making high of 5369/72 Nifty Future break 5321 / 20 level then 5302 will be very vital level for coming trading sessions.

Below 1402 vital support is 1380 = Day’s High 1401.55 and low is 1380.

Morning Mantra ------ Nifty Future

When markets fall, many candles touch lower bollinger band continuously. Primary candle is the last candlestick which touches the lower band during its fall. It must be noted that the colour of the primary candle is NOT important, can be green or red. Secondary candle is the one next to primary candle. It must be a bull candle and close above the previous one. Very important to note that the secondary candle do not touch the lower band. All these 3 features indicate that the stock is tending higher taking strong support at bottom.

Trade candle - Initiate the buy/long trade and place stoploss just below the low of first candle.

Today’s 1^st support is 5287. Below this level 5255/5252 will be very vital level. If Nifty Future able to break this level then next very very tough support is 5230—5227/5226.

Though there are many inputs, some of important potential inputs are cash flow, cash on hand, current ratio, earnings, market share, price/book value, price/earnings, revenues etc. As always, there are strengths as well weaknesses when considering fundamental analysis.

A. sent to our clients on Thursday at 02:10 pm to sort Nifty Future around 5355, at last half an hour NF made high 5354.50. Booked profit at 5305 on Friday.

B. On Friday at 09:45 am sms was sent to our clients to sort Nifty Future at 5338, NF went upto 5340 and crashed vertically to 5308.

Today’s 1^st resistance is 5345. If NF able to breach this level with volume and stay above 5360 then next hurdles are 5370 to 5376. Above this zone we may witness 5436 + levels in next Bull zone.

Today’s 1^st support is 5306--5300. If NF able to break this level with volume then next nominal support is 5296. Below 5296 the crucial support will be 5278 --- 5272---5262. The deadline of Bulls will be 5235---5226.

ETF for PSU Stake sale

The Finance Ministry is mulling setting up of an exchange traded fund (ETF) for selling shares of state-owned companies as part of steps to meet the disinvestment target of Rs 30,000 crore in the current fiscal.

"The Disinvestment Department is considering setting up of an exchange traded fund in the format of Hong Kong Tracker Fund and has floated a concept note for implementing it," a top official in the Ministry told PTI.
